About Giedrius Lauruška — Shopify Front-End Developer
I’m a senior front-end developer based in Lithuania, working remotely with teams in Europe and beyond. I have 8+ years of front-end experience and 6+ years in the Shopify ecosystem.
Shopify Development Experience
I spent approximately 4.5 years at The Vaan Group, contributing to Shopify storefronts for established DTC brands as part of the agency’s development team. My role focused primarily on front-end and Shopify development, from complete theme builds and redesigns to product pages, carts, integrations and ongoing optimization.
The brands in my selected work were Vaan clients. I collaborated with design, QA, project management and engineering teams to take detailed ideas through development and launch.
How I work
I like turning ambitious designs and complicated requirements into storefronts that feel simple, fast and polished. I take ownership, question details early and keep accessibility, performance and maintainability in the implementation conversation.
CRO background
From 2020 to 2022, I worked in CRO-focused front-end development through Evolvery and Blazer Agency engagements, building production-ready A/B test variants and supporting data-informed UX improvements.
